    About the Series
Become Your Best Self was designed to support teens in developing their inner and outer lives more fully. Through thought-provoking exercises that stimulate self-inquiry, young people will experience deep insight into their own attitudes and strengths. This results in more awareness about their choices - what's intentional vs. accidental, integrity-building vs. eroding, etc.

Working through these materials, teens will also develop a profound understanding and appreciation of other perspectives. Such awareness-deepening practice results in a blossoming sense of compassion - an unyielding force of nature - caring for others!
